Account and registration
On the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account. We'll send you a reset link via email or SMS within a few minutes. When you create an account, we ask for your full name, date of birth, email, and mobile number. To verify your account before making withdrawals, you'll need to upload a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). Verification usually completes within 24 hours. You can submit these documents from the Verification page in your Account Settings.

Payments and transactions
We accept deposits and withdrawals via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Each method has similar processing times for deposits (instant to a few minutes) and withdrawals (reviewed within 24 hours, then processed to your bank account or wallet). Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are transferred to your chosen payment method (mobile banking, local payment, bank account, etc.) within 1–2 business days. Transfers during holidays like Idul Fitri or Nyepi may take longer because banks and payment processors operate on limited schedules. You can check the status of any withdrawal request in your Transaction History. If a withdrawal appears delayed, contact support with your transaction ID and we'll investigate.
If a deposit fails, the payment gateway will notify you immediately, and the funds will not be deducted from your account. If a withdrawal is declined, we'll email you with the reason (usually a bank-side issue or verification mismatch). Try withdrawing again using a different payment method, or contact support with your withdrawal reference number. For recurring issues, we can help you update your payment details or troubleshoot with your bank. Most problems are resolved within 24 hours of contact.
Promotion codes can be entered during account registration or afterward in the Promotions section of your account. To redeem during sign-up, paste the code into the Promotion Code field on the registration form. If you have an existing account, go to Account > Promotions and paste the code there. Once applied, the promotion is attached to your account immediately. If a code is invalid or expired, we'll show you an error message. Deposits via digital wallets (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) and online payment are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Bank transfers are available any time you initiate them, but the receiving bank may not process them until the next business day. Once enabled, you'll need to enter a 2FA code each time you log in. This adds a layer of protection even if someone obtains your password. You can update or disable 2FA at any time from the same settings page.
Contact support immediately. Go to your Account > Contact Support and flag the issue as a security concern, or use the emergency contact method in your account settings. We'll review your account activity and lock it if needed while we investigate. If your password was compromised, reset it from the login page right away.
